2008 Mariah SC 23 Cuddy Cabin in Melbourne, FL

This 2008 Mariah SC 23 is a cuddy cabin in excellent condition with less than 120 hours running time since we purchased it new. This boat comfortably accomodates up to 10 people for either ocean cruises or exploring the Intercoastal Waterway and its tributaries. Included in this sale is a Clarion Stereo with MP3 capability and speakers in both the cuddy cabin and the cockpit for maximum boating entertainment. The 5.0 liter Mercruiser is current on its maintenance and this powerhouse has no trouble trolling or running the river at 50 mph. The fuel capactiy is 57 gallons of gasoline and the boat has a 12 gallon fresh water tank with a sink and a sprayer at the bow for rinsing off after swimming. There is a portable head (never used), an ICOM IC-M34 handheld radio (it floats!), a Garmin 440S depth/navigation/fishfinder, and a Black & Decker 500 AMP Jump-Starter with Inflator for pull-behind toys.
The boat is currently stored at one of the best marinas in the area (Blue Points) with easy access to the Intercoastal and the Atlantic Ocean. The storage is paid up until March 2012 and conveys with this sale. Thanks for looking!
